Managed Web Hosting

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our managed hosting service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • This guarantee applies to new hosting accounts only
  • Renewals are not eligible for the 30-day guarantee
  • Domain registration fees are non-refundable (domains can be transferred to you)

After 30 Days:

After the initial 30-day period, hosting fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your hosting at any time, and your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

WordPress Plugins & Digital Products

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all WordPress plugin purchases. If our plugin doesn’t work as described or doesn’t meet your needs, we’ll issue a full refund.

Eligibility:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • You must describe the issue you encountered or reason for the refund
  • We may ask you to provide details to help us improve our products

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Requests made after 7 days from purchase
  • License renewals (only initial purchases qualify)
  • If you have violated our Terms of Service
  • Bulk or reseller purchases (contact us for special arrangements)

License Deactivation:

Upon refund, your license will be deactivated and you must remove the plugin from all sites. Continued use after a refund is a violation of our Terms.

Development Services

Custom development projects (web applications, mobile apps, websites) operate on a milestone payment structure:

Before Project Starts:

If you cancel before any work has begun, we will refund any deposit paid, minus a 10% administrative fee to cover proposal and planning time.

During the Project:

If you cancel mid-project, you are responsible for paying all completed milestones. We do not charge for work not yet performed. There are no refunds for completed milestones, as this work has been delivered to you.

After Project Completion:

Completed projects are non-refundable. If there are issues with the delivered work, we will address them under our warranty/support terms as outlined in your project agreement.

Maintenance & Support Plans

Maintenance and support subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your name and email address used for purchase
  • Order number or invoice number
  • The product or service you wish to refund
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund Processing

Review Time: We review all refund requests within 3 business days.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Abuse of our refund policy
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and suspend your access to all services.
