Welcome to IDEOLOGIX MEDIA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at ideologix.com and all related services, including web development, mobile app development, managed hosting, WordPress plugins, and other products offered by IDEOLOGIX MEDIA (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Definitions
“Client” refers to any individual or entity that engages our services or purchases our products.
“Services” refers to web application development, mobile app development, website development, security auditing, performance optimization, maintenance and support, managed web hosting, and any other services we provide.
“Products” refers to WordPress plugins, software, and other digital products offered through our website.
2. Services
2.1 Development Services
Our development services (web applications, mobile apps, websites, custom plugins) are provided under the following terms:
Project Scope: All projects are defined by a written scope of work or proposal agreed upon by both parties before work begins.
Payment Terms: Payments are made on a milestone basis as outlined in the project proposal. Each milestone must be paid before proceeding to the next phase.
Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a project mid-way, you are only responsible for payment of completed milestones. We do not charge for work not yet performed.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment and written signature of the IP transfer agreement, all intellectual property rights for custom work are transferred to you. Until then, we retain all rights to the work product.
Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope changes, feedback delays, or unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
2.2 Managed Web Hosting
Our managed hosting service includes server management, security monitoring, updates, backups, and technical support.
Uptime Guarantee: We guarantee 99% uptime for all hosting plans. If we fail to meet this guarantee in any calendar month, you may request a service credit for that month.
Acceptable Use: You may not use our hosting services for:
- Illegal activities or content prohibited by law
- Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email
- Hosting content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Activities that disrupt or damage our servers or network
- Hosting adult content, hate speech, or content promoting violence
Backups: We perform daily backups as part of our service. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We are not liable for data loss.

2.3 Maintenance & Support
Maintenance and support services are provided as described in your service agreement. Response times and scope of support vary by plan.
3. Products (WordPress Plugins)
License: All WordPress plugins developed by IDEOLOGIX MEDIA are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2 or later, unless otherwise specified.
Support: Product support is provided for valid license holders as described on the product page.
Updates: We provide updates to fix bugs and improve functionality. Access to updates requires a valid license.
Refunds: Plugin purchases are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.
No Warranty: Plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility with all themes, plugins, or hosting environments.
4. User Accounts
Some services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Payment Terms
Currency: All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
Invoicing: Invoices are issued according to the payment schedule agreed upon for each service.
Late Payments: Payments not received within 14 days of the due date may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge interest of 1.5% per month on overdue amounts.
Taxes: Taxes are determined by our Payment service provider Paddle.com.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Property: The IDEOLOGIX MEDIA name, logo, website design, and original content are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use it as necessary to perform our services.
Custom Work: Intellectual property for custom development work transfers to you upon full payment and execution of an IP transfer agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
IDEOLOGIX MEDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IDEOLOGIX MEDIA, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you provide or publish through our services
9. Termination
By You: You may terminate your use of our services at any time by providing written notice. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Fail to pay for services when due
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Behave abusively toward our staff
Upon termination, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with your data, subject to payment of any outstanding fees.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through our website.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of North Macedonia.
13. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any project proposals and agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and IDEOLOGIX MEDIA.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor or affiliate.
